At Tres Leches Cafe Bakery, every item is prepared fresh with care and love. Due to the nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns
Because our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a product that does not meet our quality standards—please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made after this window are not eligible for a refund.
Custom orders, catering orders, and special event orders may require additional notice and are subject to separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of ordering.
